Dancing is a great way to relax, exercise and unwind from a stressful day with others who love to dance. We teach the largest selection of dances in Chicago. That's why our classes are so exciting! Start with Salsa and Merengue, then try Swing! Or start with the traditional ballroom dances of Waltz and Foxtrot, then progress to Tango . It's your choice. Why get into a rut learning only one dance when you can learn enough to suit every dance occasion?

We're on TV and you could be too! We invite you to watch our show called "You Can Dance! with DanceMatesâ " every Friday nights on Channel 19 at 10PM where we feature a dance lesson, intriguing student and celebrity interviews, current music videos and our students dancing! We have already served 30,000 students! Our classes have been featured in Channel 5 and 9! We also assisted Channel 9 in producing a segment about the "Best Dances of the Century" shown on December 30, 1999 from 6-9AM. The publication "Ritmo a Chicago" recently hailed us as the "friendliest dance instructors in town!" We've also been featured in "Dancing USA". The City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs says, "You made our "Dancing Under The Stars Program" a big success!"
