Harmony Yoga Studio

 

Harmony Yoga, a beautiful studio with hardwood floors, plenty of light, and filled with plants, trees and a loving beach vibe, is located ½ mile from the beach at the south end of Hermosa Beach.

Classes featured at Harmony include all levels of Vinyasa, Iyengar style and Asthanga, pre-natal, baby & me for post-partum mothers, and yoga for children.

Regular special events include chanting with Wah! every month, Zen Dancing with Shaman's Dream, and Dave Stringer. We offer Introduction to Yoga workshops and other more specialized workshops with Chappell Foote and renowned teachers continuously throughout the year.
